say "When your weird uncle left you this run-down house in his will, you intended to sell it immediately; but now you're glad you've never got to it. After some life changes you decided to move here, and you're still making yourself at home. It's surprisingly comfortable - tiny, isolated, but on a decent-sized property. You've fixed up the inside, and now you're ready to take on the neglected backyard.".
